Refund Policy

Since U.S. Tax Bay provides customized payroll and tax registration services, refund eligibility is limited to specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The service was not initiated or processed within 10 business days of payment.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to technical error.

  • The client cancels before document filing or registration submission.

Once a registration or filing process has begun, refunds are not possible.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed services or filings already submitted to state or federal agencies.

  • Delays caused by government processing or client inaction.

  • Incorrect information submitted by the client.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@ustaxbay.com with your payment details and reason.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Service Adjustments

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a service credit toward future use.
